Please Follow these directions for all Returns and Exchanges.
In the unlikely event that you receive your watch and are not satisfied or the Watch has a Defect, we offer a Return/Exchange Policy where we will accept a Return/Exchange of the product within 14 days following the receipt of the product (Product Delivery Date). You must contact us within 14 days if you wish to Return/Exchange the watch for any reason.
Before making any returns or exchanges you will have to email us stating your reason of Return/Exchange and your Order ID.
Please note that the customers will be responsible for all Shipping Expenses for shipping the Watch back to us.
We will only pay for shipping if the product has a Defect and is being Returned to us for an Exchange due to its malfunction from the very first day of receiving your product. If the Watch has come with a Defect and you return it to us for a Refund, a 30$ Restocking Fees will Apply and you will be responsible for all Shipping Charges.
The Restocking Fees will only be waived if the Watch is being sent back for an Exchange for the Exact Same Model Originally Ordered。
We will provide a Refund/Exchange at the Following Conditions :
The item has a manufacturer defect. (We will be responsible for Shipping Cost($20))
The item does not function according to the specifications on the web site. (We will be responsible for Shipping Cost ($20))
Product Has not Satisfied You.(Customer will be responsible for Shipping Cost and 20$ Restocking Fees on the Watch)
The item is returned to us within seven days of receiving Return Authorization.
No returns will be accepted without: 1. A prior e-mail stating the specific problem.
